Terms and Conditions
1. AutoVision clips can only be used by the purchaser and may not be passed on or sold to third parties.
2. Copyright remains with Byteback Systems Ltd. at all times
3. Reproduction of a master DVD may be carried out but can only be given free from charge to customers. Under no circumstances can the clips or the DVD be sold.
4. Byteback Systems are not responsible for the quality of any images emailed and used in any production. (You are advised to send JPG images at 300dpi resolution or more.
5. Additional DVD's may be purchased as a 'one-off' for an additional £40 to cover P&P and administration.
6. You contact information may be used by Byteback Systems Ltd, however they will not be passed onto any third party.
7. All work is fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship
8. Goods will only be dispatched once payment is recieved, except where customers already hold an account.
9. All good will be dispatched by normal postage, not recorded delivery.
10. PayPal prices automatically include 15% VAT. An invoice will be shipped with the goods.
11. You can order as many or few Web-streaming clips as you wish. You do not have to order DVD clips.
